The a. m. Deovulc grades are balanced accelerator blends for rubber articles, which must not show any blooming or staining effects.
Deovulc EG 3 is suitable for general applications requiring a medium cure rate and an average compression set.
Deovulc EG 28 provides high processing safety, rapid full cure and a high degree of cross-linking combined with low compression set values.
Deovulc BG 187 and BG 287 are accelerator blends for rubber articles, must not form any dangerous nitrosamines during production or storage.
Deovulc BG 287 has been developed for fast vulcanization processes and provides excellent temperature resistance as well as improved compression set.
Deovulc OTOS-80 is a preparation of the sulphena aceelerator OTOS (N-Oxydiethylenethiocarbamoyl-N’ -oxydiethylenesulphenamide) and is supplied as soft granules. Deovulc OTOS-80 enables the dust- and spot-free incorporation of this accelerator. Deovulc OTOS-80 improves the reversion stability as well as the mechanical and dynamical properties of compounds. It has proven to be very effective for antivibration applications (lower compression set, fatigue resistance and oxidative stability).
Deovulc TP 4-75 is a zincdialkyldithiophosphate, absorbed on a silica carrier. Deovulc TP 4-75 is used as an accelerator for nitrosamine-free vulcanizates based on EPDM or diene rubber. Due to its high solubility and light colour it is particularly suitable for the application in light compounds and also enables high dosages without staining or blooming.
Deovulc ATP-70 is an amine activated dithiophosphate, absorbed on a silica carrier system. Deovulc ATP-70 is designed for the rapid cure of EPDM and diene rubber and is generally applied in combination with additional accelerators
Deovulc ZO is a zinc-2-ethylhexanoate and acts as an activator for the vulcanization of natural rubber. The high solubility of Deovulc ZO often provides higher cross-linking density, which leads to improved compression set and dynamic properties. Partial replacement of stearic acid by Deovulc ZO is possible, e.g. to avoid blooming.
Deovulc ZO DL is a 67% dry liquid of Deovulc ZO.
Deovulc OH is a very fine calcium hydroxide, which acts as an acid scavenger and cross-linking activator in fluoroelastomer based compounds.
Deosulf sulphur preparations are dust free and enable a uniform dispersion. No agglomerations occur, local overcure is avoided and consequently vulcanizates with excellent ageing properties are obtained.
Deosulf U 60 enables the perfect incorporation of insoluble sulphur into rubber. The safety against scorch is improved and the danger of sulphur bloom in the uncured compound is reduced.
Deosulf L 95 contains 0.5% of organic dispersant. This sulphur preparation can be readily incorporated and uniformly dispersed. No local overcure appears and consequently vulcanisates with excellent ageing properties are obtained.
